The Edimax ES-5800G V2 is an unmanaged 8-port Gigabit desktop switch delivering 10/100/1000 Mbps connectivity in a compact plastic housing. It complies with IEEE 802.3, 802.3u, 802.3ab and 802.3az standards and uses store-and-forward switching with a MAC address table capable of handling typical SOHO and small office network needs. The plug-and-play design requires no configuration and provides reliable wired connections for PCs, network storage, printers and other Ethernet devices.

Advantages

The ES-5800G V2 supports wire-speed packet filtering and forwarding, jumbo frames up to 9K bytes, and auto MDI/MDI-X crossover detection and correction.
