EFB Elektronik FTTH-MODUL-LCAPC Fiber Optic Patch Panel 0.5U LC OS2
EFB Elektronik FTTH-MODUL-LCAPC Fiber Optic Patch Panel 0.5U LC OS2
The EFB Elektronik FTTH-MODUL-LCAPC is a 0.5U rack-mountable fiber optic patch panel designed for high-density FTTH applications. It features LC/APC connectors with OS2 single-mode ceramic couplings, ensuring reliable signal transmission. This module is engineered for efficient fiber management in network cabinets, providing a compact and professional solution for fiber optic connectivity in data centers and telecommunication infrastructures.
This patch panel offers a highly efficient design for managing fiber optic connections in limited rack spaces. The use of high-quality ceramic ferrules ensures low insertion loss and high durability for long-term network stability. Its modular construction allows for seamless integration into existing subrack systems, while the inclusion of dedicated holders for splice cassettes simplifies the installation process for both shrink and crimp protection methods.
This module is specifically designed for OS2 single-mode fiber applications and may not be compatible with systems requiring different fiber types or connector standards. It is intended for rack-mounted environments and is not suitable for wall-mounted or standalone desktop installations.
To install the module, secure it into the designated 1U or 3U subrack system. Connect the incoming fiber cables via the MTP/MPO adapter interface. Use the integrated splice cassette holder to organize and protect your fiber splices. Ensure that the cables are routed through the appropriate outlets, utilizing the inclined left/right or top/bottom orientation depending on your specific subrack configuration to maintain proper bend radius and signal integrity.
Usage recommendations: Always clean fiber optic connectors before mating to prevent signal degradation and ensure optimal performance of the OS2 single-mode connections.
