The EFB Elektronik K8012.3 is a 3 m Cat5e SF/UTP networking cable with shielded RJ45 connectors designed for Gigabit Ethernet. Constructed from 4 pairs of AWG26/7 conductors within a foil and braid shield and finished in red, the cable meets industry wiring and safety standards and is suitable for reliable wired network connections in homes, offices and data closets.

Advantages

This Cat5e patch cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) and is coded to TIA/EIA 568B for consistent pinout. The shielded Hirose TM11 RJ45 plugs (IEC 60603-7-3) and SF/UTP construction provide improved protection against electromagnetic interference compared with unshielded cables. The cable jacket is halogen-free, flame-retardant and low-smoke certified (IEC 60332-1, IEC 60754-2, IEC 61034), and the connectors include mounted strain relief boots for mechanical protection.
