Freestanding rack EFB Elektronik OFF-1266GR.V1RW 12U Grey
The EFB Elektronik OFF-1266GR.V1RW is a freestanding 19" network cabinet with a 12U capacity, designed for housing network equipment and small servers. The cabinet is made of steel sheet, self-supporting and delivered completely pre-assembled. It features galvanised, depth-adjustable 19" profiles front and rear, a single full-glass front door with a 1-point latch, and pre-punched openings at the bottom and rear for cable entry. The enclosure is self-ventilated and has an IP20 protection rating; the unit is finished in grey and supports a maximum load of approximately 30 kg.
The cabinet provides a compact 12U 19" mounting space with galvanised, step-less depth-adjustable profiles that simplify installation of patch panels, switches and other rackmount devices. Its self-supporting steel construction and pre-assembled delivery reduce installation time on site. The one-piece full-glass front door allows visual inspection of equipment without opening the cabinet, while the reversible door stop and 1-point locking add flexibility for different room layouts. Pre-punched cable entries at the bottom and rear facilitate neat cable routing.
Place the freestanding rack on a level surface and position it so that the front door opening suits the installation site (left or right door stop can be set). Install rackmount equipment onto the galvanised 19" profiles, adjusting profile depth as needed to accommodate device depth. Route cables through the pre-punched openings at the bottom or rear, and secure them inside the cabinet for strain relief. Ensure adequate clearance around the cabinet for ventilation and service access.
For stable operation, distribute mounted equipment weight evenly across the 12U space and avoid exceeding the specified load. Use appropriate cable management and, where required, add active ventilation or supplementary cooling if installed devices generate significant heat beyond typical small-office loads.
