Distribution/Service Meter & Switch Board ELEKTROPLAST TLR-1F-N+PE 7 mod
ELEKTROPLAST TLR-1F-N+PE 7 mod is a distribution and service meter board designed to accommodate a single-phase meter with neutral and protective earth (N+PE) and up to seven standard DIN-module devices. Intended for residential and small commercial installations, the board provides a compact, centralized enclosure for mounting meters, main switches and protective devices while maintaining clear separation between metering and consumer circuitry.
The enclosure supports a single-phase N+PE configuration and allows installation of up to seven DIN modules in a single row, enabling orderly placement of breakers and auxiliary devices. Its design facilitates straightforward wiring and maintenance by separating the meter compartment from the switchgear area and providing standardized mounting points. Constructed to fit common installation practices, the board simplifies integration with existing consumer units and distribution cabling.
Mount the distribution board according to local electrical codes and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring the enclosure is fixed to a stable surface and positioned to allow safe access to the meter and switches. Install the meter in the dedicated metering compartment, then mount circuit breakers and other modules on the DIN rail in the switchgear area. Connect supply, neutral and protective earth conductors following correct terminal allocation and torque settings. After wiring, verify connections, fit covers and perform insulation and continuity tests before energizing the circuits.
Use qualified personnel for installation and maintenance. Ensure the board is installed in a dry, ventilated location and select protective devices rated for the intended load. Maintain clear labeling of circuits and follow local regulations for metering and consumer connection.
