Elektro-Plast WLZ35/3x35/s 3-Pole Distribution Block for AL/CU Cables up to 35mm2, Grey, Surface and DIN Rail Mount
The Elektro-Plast WLZ35/3x35/s is a professional 3-pole distribution block engineered for secure and efficient electrical power distribution. This compact unit is specifically designed to accommodate both aluminum and copper conductors, providing flexibility for various wiring configurations in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. With a robust grey housing, it ensures long-term durability and safety within electrical cabinets and control panels.
This distribution block offers exceptional versatility by supporting both copper and aluminum cables, which simplifies material selection for complex electrical installations. Its design allows for seamless integration into existing setups through either direct surface mounting or standard DIN rail installation. The 3-pole configuration provides a reliable connection point for power distribution, ensuring low contact resistance and high mechanical stability for conductors up to 35mm2.
This distribution block is not intended for use with conductors exceeding 35mm2 in cross-section. It is also not suitable for high-voltage applications beyond its rated insulation parameters or for environments requiring specialized explosion-proof protection.
To install the Elektro-Plast WLZ35/3x35/s, first ensure the power supply is completely disconnected. Choose between surface mounting using the integrated screw holes or snapping the unit onto a standard DIN rail. Strip the insulation from your aluminum or copper cables to the appropriate length, insert them into the terminals, and tighten the screws securely to ensure a firm connection. Verify that all cables are seated correctly before restoring power to the circuit.
Always use a calibrated torque screwdriver when tightening terminal screws to prevent damage to the conductors or the block housing. Ensure that aluminum conductors are treated with appropriate contact grease if required by local electrical standards.
