EMOS KO/UTP/CCA/S9137 is a CAT5e U/UTP Ethernet cable with copper-clad aluminium (CCA) conductors and a PVC outer sheath. The cable is intended for indoor network installations and supports up to 1000Base-T (Gigabit Ethernet). It is delivered on a 100 m foil pack and is suitable for typical home, office and light commercial wiring where a CAT5e performance level is required.

Advantages

The cable uses 24 AWG CCA inner conductors with HDPE insulation and a PVC jacket, offering a compact 5.0 mm outer diameter and an Eca reaction-to-fire classification for standard indoor use. How to use

Strip the outer PVC jacket carefully to expose the eight insulated conductors and the Nylon strength member. Terminate the pairs into RJ45 connectors or keystone jacks following standard T568A or T568B wiring schemes. Use appropriate cable management and maintain recommended bend radius to preserve signal performance. The cable is intended for indoor fixed installations and patching; avoid exposure to direct sunlight or outdoor conditions.

Usage recommendations

For reliable Gigabit Ethernet performance, keep run lengths within standard Ethernet limits (100 m total channel length) and use quality RJ45 connectors rated for solid CCA conductors. Do not use this cable where halogen-free or outdoor/LSZH materials are required.
