Esperanza 8in1 B.FIT diagnostic scale uses BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) technology to measure body composition. After a measurement the scale displays key parameters that help monitor health and fitness. The scale determines eight values from a correctly performed measurement: body weight, body fat percentage, body water percentage, muscle mass in kilograms, bone mass in kilograms, visceral fat index, body mass index (BMI) and recommended daily calorie intake in kcal. Measured data can be transferred via Bluetooth to a free mobile app for easier tracking and interpretation of results.
