PoE 1000M injector extra digital POE-006 60W Gigabit PoE power injector
PoE 1000M injector extra digital POE-006 60W Gigabit PoE power injector
The extra digital POE-006 is a Gigabit PoE injector that supplies up to 60W of DC power over a single Ethernet cable while passing 1000Base-T data. It is intended to add Power over Ethernet to devices when a PoE-capable switch is not available, enabling remote powering of IP cameras, wireless access points, VoIP phones and other PoE-compatible equipment.
This PoE injector supports full Gigabit (10/100/1000 Mbps) data throughput while delivering up to 60W of power on the cable. It uses a standard 220V AC input and outputs 52V DC at up to 1.2A, with PoE power delivered on pins 4,5 (+) and 7,8 (−). The compact inline design makes it simple to add PoE to individual links without replacing existing network switches.
The injector is designed for single-link installations and is not a multi-port PoE switch; it only provides one PoE output. It requires a device that accepts PoE on the supported pin assignment and voltage; devices expecting alternative PoE pinouts or proprietary power methods may not work.
Connect the network uplink (switch or router) to the LAN input RJ45 port and connect the PoE output RJ45 port to the PoE device. Plug the injector into a 220V AC mains outlet. The injector will pass Ethernet data while injecting DC power onto the cable to power the connected device. Verify the powered device supports the 52V PoE on the specified pins before connection.
Use standard Cat5e or higher Ethernet cable for Gigabit operation and keep cable runs within recommended lengths. For stable operation, place the injector in a dry, ventilated location and avoid exceeding the rated output power.
