How to use

Attach the Extralink S5 securely to a horizontal or vertical air vent slat using the integrated clip. Connect the charger unit to the vehicle power source as instructed by the manufacturer. When bringing a compatible smartphone close to the mount, the inductive sensor will open the arms; place the phone into the cradle and the arms will close and lock automatically. Wireless charging begins once the phone is seated and aligned with the charging coil. To remove the phone, bring your hand near the sensor or press the release control if available and lift the device out.

Usage recommendations

For reliable charging and stable mounting, use the mount with QI-compatible phones and a stable 12V power supply adapter rated for in-car wireless chargers. Position the clip on a sturdy vent slat away from direct airflow if possible to avoid cooling or heating the phone during charging.
