Semi built-in extractor hood FABER S.p.A. 741 BASE X A60 Stainless steel 295 m³/h
The FABER 741 BASE X A60 is a semi built-in (pull-out) stainless steel extractor hood designed for domestic kitchens. It offers ducted or recirculating extraction with a maximum extraction rate of 295 m³/h, a slider control and a synthetic grease filter. The hood provides one light source with 45 lx illuminance (4000 K) and has an annual energy consumption of 64 kWh with an energy efficiency class shown on the A+++ to D scale.
This semi built-in extractor hood combines a stainless steel finish with a pull-out design that saves space when not in use. It supports both ducted and recirculating installation, includes a synthetic grease filter for basic grease separation and uses a single integrated bulb to illuminate the cooktop. The hood has three speed settings and a compact noise rating of 69 dB at maximum power.
Pull out the hood section when cooking to increase airflow and select the required fan speed using the slider control. For best extraction, use the highest suitable speed while frying or when strong odours occur, and revert to a lower speed for simmering or light cooking. If configured as recirculating, ensure the synthetic grease filter is correctly fitted and, if using ducted extraction, check the duct connection at the top of the unit.
Replace or clean the synthetic grease filter at regular intervals according to use frequency and the manufacturer's guidance; clean the stainless steel exterior with a non-abrasive cloth and mild detergent to maintain appearance and performance.

Not only energy saving helps to protect the environment but also noise level reduction. Noise level reduction up to 3 dB really means noise level reduction in 2 times. For example, a device with noise level 39 dB (А) will be two times quieter than a devise with a noise level 42 dB (А). Energy-saving certificate that shows noise level plays the role of an additional objective indicator basing on which You can successfully choose a product.
Energy consumption of XYZ kW/h per year is based on measurements calculated under standard conditions within 24 hours. Actual power consumption depends on the use of the device and its location.
Rating of how efficiently a device uses energy, affecting power consumption and costs.
