Thermostatic Radiator Head FERRO GT10 – Adjustable Temperature Control
Thermostatic Radiator Head FERRO GT10 – Adjustable Temperature Control
FERRO GT10 thermostatic radiator head provides adjustable temperature control for heating radiators. Designed to replace or upgrade manual valves, it regulates room temperature by responding to ambient heat and adjusting the flow to the radiator. The compact design and user-adjustable setting make it suitable for residential and light-commercial heating systems where radiator-level temperature control and consistent comfort are required.
The thermostatic head offers automatic modulation of hot water flow according to room temperature, supporting energy-efficient operation and reduced overheating. Its mechanical sensing element reacts directly to ambient temperature changes, enabling stable control without external power. The device is compact, easy to install on compatible radiator valves and provides a clear adjustable scale for precise temperature selection.
Install the thermostatic head by removing the existing manual knob and mounting the FERRO GT10 onto a compatible radiator valve following the valve manufacturer's instructions. After fitting, set the desired temperature by rotating the control knob to the appropriate mark on the scale; the thermostatic element will open or close the valve to maintain the selected room temperature. Periodically check the connection for leaks and ensure the head is not obstructed by curtains, furniture or other items that could affect temperature sensing.
For accurate control, place the thermostatic head on radiators that have an unobstructed airflow and are representative of room temperature. When used with a central heating system, balance the system and bleed radiators where necessary to ensure even heat distribution. If uncertain about compatibility with a specific valve type, consult technical specifications or a heating professional before installation.
