Modeling clay FIMO SOFT 57 g — FIMO 550-00633, white
FIMO SOFT modeling clay in white (57 g) is a soft, polymer-based modeling material designed for handcrafts, miniature figures, jewelry and decorative items. Ready to use straight from the package, this compact block provides a smooth, pliable texture that is easy to shape and blend with other colors. It cures in a household oven following the manufacturer's temperature and time guidelines and is suitable for small projects, repairs and color mixing.
The soft consistency ensures comfortable hand shaping and blending, allowing fine detail work and smooth surfaces. Being polymer-based, the clay remains flexible before curing and produces a durable, solid result after heat treatment. The 57 g size is convenient for trial pieces, small accessories and on-the-go crafting while the neutral white color serves as a base for tinting or for creating clean, bright elements in finished pieces.
Condition the clay by kneading it until it becomes evenly soft and workable. Shape and blend pieces using hands and common sculpting tools; for fine detail use blades, needles or small modeling instruments. When the model is complete, place it on a suitable ovenproof surface and cure according to the manufacturer's recommended temperature and time for FIMO SOFT to achieve full hardness. Allow the cured piece to cool before sanding, painting or sealing.
Store unopened clay in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain pliability. Avoid overheating during curing; use an oven thermometer for accurate temperature control. For best bonding between layers or colors, slightly warm and press layers together before curing. After curing, finish surfaces by sanding, buffing or applying compatible sealants if a glossy or protective coating is desired.
