Hose Repairer Fiskars CF 9 mm (3/8") – repair fitting for garden hoses
Fiskars CF Hose Repairer 9 mm (3/8") is a compact repair fitting created to restore garden hoses with a 9 mm (3/8") inner diameter. The fitting allows a damaged section of hose to be removed and the two cut ends reconnected quickly, creating a secure, leak-resistant joint suitable for irrigation, watering and routine hose maintenance.
The repair fitting is small and easy to handle, enabling fast on-site repairs without special tools. Its straight connector design aligns hose ends for a tight fit and reduces the risk of leaks. The durable construction ensures repeated use in outdoor garden conditions and straightforward installation even for users with limited DIY experience.
Cut out the damaged section of the hose with a clean, straight cut. Insert each cut end onto the respective side of the repair fitting until the hose covers the connector barbs. Ensure the hose ends are fully seated and, where applicable, secure each end with hose clips, clamps or a sleeve to achieve a leak-resistant joint. After installation, test the connection at working pressure and re-tighten clamps if needed.
For best results use on hoses with the specified 9 mm (3/8") inner diameter and smooth, undamaged hose walls beyond the cut. When possible, use corrosion-resistant hose clamps and avoid overtightening to prevent hose damage. Replace the repair fitting if it shows visible wear or deformation.
