FITT High Pressure Hose, 6 x 12 mm, 100 m
The FITT high-pressure hose, measuring 6 mm in internal diameter and 12 mm in external diameter, is a professional-grade solution engineered for demanding industrial environments. Supplied in a continuous 100-meter coil, this hose is constructed from high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ensuring consistent fluid transport and reliable performance in various pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
This hose offers exceptional durability due to its robust PVC construction, which provides high resistance to mechanical wear, abrasion, and environmental stressors. Its design ensures stable operation under pressure, minimizing the risk of leaks or structural failure during intensive use. The 100-meter length allows for flexible installation across large workspaces, providing a seamless solution for complex piping or fluid distribution setups.
This hose is not intended for use with high-temperature fluids or aggressive chemicals that may degrade polyvinyl chloride. It is also not suitable for applications requiring extreme flexibility in sub-zero temperatures or for use in high-pressure systems exceeding the 20 Bar threshold.
To use the FITT high-pressure hose, ensure the connection points are clean and compatible with the 6 mm internal diameter. Cut the required length from the 100-meter coil using a sharp, dedicated hose cutter to ensure a clean, square edge. Secure the hose to your equipment using appropriate hose clamps or fittings designed for 12 mm external diameter tubing to prevent leaks. Always ensure the system pressure does not exceed the rated 20 Bar limit during operation.
Regularly inspect the hose for signs of cracking, hardening, or abrasion, especially at connection points. If the hose shows visible damage or signs of fatigue, replace it immediately to maintain system safety and performance. Store the unused portion of the coil in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.
