Copper wire folia 0.3 mm, 10 m, red - thin insulated craft and electronics wire
Copper wire folia 0.3 mm, 10 m, red is a thin insulated copper conductor supplied as a single coiled length. With a nominal diameter of 0.3 mm and ten metres of continuous wire, it is intended for precise, low-current electrical connections and detailed craft work. The red insulation identifies the conductor and helps during assembly while the flexible copper core supports bending, winding and small-scale routing without excessive stiffness.
This folia copper wire combines a fine diameter with a continuous 10 m length to support delicate tasks where space and precision matter. The insulated coating reduces the risk of short circuits in compact assemblies and provides color-coded identification. The copper core offers good electrical conductivity and flexibility suitable for hand manipulation, delicate soldering and winding in model making, electronics hobby projects and jewelry applications.
Cut the required length from the coil using appropriate wire cutters or precision snips. If soldering, remove the insulation from the end points where connection is needed, using insulation strippers or careful scraping, and apply solder with a suitably sized iron and flux for small conductors. Route the wire through model frames, around beads or through small terminals, taking care to avoid sharp bends that could damage the insulation or break the conductor. For winding tasks, maintain even tension and consistent turns to achieve predictable results.
Store the coil in a dry place away from aggressive chemicals and prolonged sunlight. For electrical connections, observe appropriate current limits for thin 0.3 mm conductors and avoid overloading. When using in jewellery or craft projects, test finishes and adhesives on a scrap piece to ensure compatibility with the insulation coating.
