FRITZ!Box 5690 Pro is a tabletop router that brings tri-band Wi‑Fi 7 (802.11be) performance to home and small office networks. It supports 2.4 GHz and dual 5 GHz bands with a maximum WLAN throughput up to 5760 Mbit/s on the 802.11be radio and backward compatibility with Wi‑Fi 6/6E, Wi‑Fi 5 and Wi‑Fi 4 devices. The device offers wired connectivity via a Gigabit Ethernet interface and an RJ‑45 WAN port, and is supplied with DSL, LAN (RJ‑45) and optical cables. The FRITZ!Box 5690 Pro supports fiber (AON/GPON) with FRITZ!SFP modules as well as DSL connections, making it suitable for current fiber installations and transitional DSL setups.
