The GARDENA Water Control Bluetooth is a weatherproof outdoor tap-mounted irrigation controller that lets you configure and operate an automatic garden watering system from your smartphone or tablet. The device connects via Bluetooth within a range of up to 10 metres and is compatible with iOS and Android devices. After simple installation on the outdoor water tap, the free GARDENA Bluetooth App guides you through setup and lets you create up to three individual watering schedules or use the Scheduling Assistant to suggest suitable cycles. A rain break and seasonal watering duration can be set to avoid unnecessary watering. The unit is battery powered (9 V alkaline, not included) and includes a Safe Stop function that prevents the next watering cycle from starting if battery power is low. Three status LEDs indicate Bluetooth connection, watering activity and battery status. The GARDENA Soil Moisture Sensor (sold separately) can be connected to enable moisture-dependent irrigation.
