The GARDENA Manual core aerator 03395-20 (Vertical Cutter, small version) removes moss, thatch and weeds from lawns to improve air, water and nutrient penetration. With a working width of 32 cm and special tines made of high-grade stainless spring steel, the tool penetrates the turf by millimetres and extracts dead grass and thatch. Robust wheels with a supporting axle ease handling. The aerator is suitable for all GARDENA combisystem handles; a handle length of about 180 cm is recommended depending on user height. The product is made of duroplast-coated steel and stainless spring-steel tines and comes with a 25-year warranty.

How to use

Attach the Vertical Cutter to a compatible GARDENA combisystem handle and tighten the connection until it is secure and wobble-free. Push the aerator over the lawn so the tines penetrate the turf by a few millimetres, then pull or roll to extract thatch and moss. Work across the lawn in overlapping passes to cover the entire area. Clean off accumulated debris from the tines and wheels periodically during use.
