Pump Gardena Flood Set 9000

The Gardena Flood Set 9000 includes a Dirty Water Submersible Pump 9000 with a practical pre-filter box and a lay-flat hose kit. Designed for draining heavily polluted water, the set is suitable for pumping out flooded cellars, garden ponds, rain barrels and construction pits. The pump delivers up to 9,000 litres per hour, is powered by a 300 W motor and reaches a maximum delivery height of 6 m. A recycled-material cage acts as a pre-filter and allows operation down to a water level of 32 cm while protecting the pump from larger debris. The kit also contains a 10 m flat hose (38 mm / 1 1/2") with high pressure resistance, a 0.5 m ribbed pond hose and matching connector with clamps, all storable in the included transport box.

How to use

Place the pre-filter box over the pump when debris or floating material is expected; this allows operation down to a 32 cm water level. Connect the lay-flat hose to the pump with the one-click connection and secure the hose end with the provided ribbed pond hose and clamps to prevent kinking at the container edge. Plug in the pump; the adjustable float switch will start the pump automatically when the water level rises and stop it when the level drops. For continuous manual operation, push the float switch into the housing to lock it on. After use, disconnect the hose, drain residual water, roll up the flat hose and store pump, hose and cable in the transport box.

Usage recommendations

Use the pre-filter box for heavily polluted water and remove large debris from the water before operation when possible. Register the product online within three months of purchase to receive the five-year warranty extension. Regularly check and clean the hose and connectors and avoid running the pump dry to ensure long service life.
