The GARDENA Drip Irrigation Line 1.6 l/h (25 m) is a water-saving irrigation pipe with integrated pressure-compensating Drip Heads every 30 cm. Designed for both above-ground and below-ground installation, the 25 m black line is suitable for irrigating rows of hedges, bushes and shrubs with an even, constant water output of 1.6 litres per hour per emitter. The built-in labyrinth technology and root barrier provide a self-cleaning effect to reduce the risk of blockages. The product is compatible with the GARDENA Micro-Drip-System and is a recommended add-on for Micro-Drip-Irrigation Sets for hedges and bushes.

How to use

Lay the Drip Irrigation Line along the row of plants to be watered and fix it in place according to ground conditions. Connect the line to the Micro-Drip-System or an appropriate water source using compatible 13 mm connectors and fittings. If installing below ground, bury the pipe so the emitters remain positioned near plant roots. Adjust water supply and run time at the control unit or timer according to plant water requirements.

Usage recommendations

Use with GARDENA Micro-Drip-Irrigation Hedge/Bush Sets (art. no. 13500-20 and 13501-20). When planning long runs, follow the system’s guidance on maximum lengths and position the Master Unit centrally if required to cover longer hedge rows.
