How to use

Hold the Gardena 2800S with a firm two-handed grip and position the log on a stable chopping block. Swing the axe so that the head contacts the wood squarely; the non-stick coating and the head geometry will help the blade enter and split the log. For very large or dense logs, place a splitting wedge at the target line and use the axe’s hammer function to drive the wedge while keeping control of each strike. Inspect the shaft protection and head before use and maintain a clear work area.
