Air filter with pressure regulator GEKO 7100482 3/8" up to 10 bar
Air filter with pressure regulator GEKO 7100482 3/8" up to 10 bar
Combination air filter with integrated pressure regulator GEKO 7100482 for compressed air systems. The unit includes a filter, pressure regulator with gauge and lubricator to remove particulates and condensate, supply precise working pressure and deliver light lubrication to pneumatic tools. It connects via a 3/8" thread and supports a maximum operating pressure up to 10 bar, making it suitable for workshop use and for protecting tools such as spray guns, impact wrenches and grinders.
The GEKO 7100482 combines filtration, regulation and lubrication in one compact device. A 40‑micron filter element and polycarbonate bowl remove moisture and particles from compressed air while the strong lubricator provides continuous oiling of connected tools. A built‑in pressure gauge and a lockable flow control knob enable accurate and stable pressure settings. A drain valve allows easy condensate removal.
Install the unit in the compressed air line using the 3/8" threaded connection, upstream of the pneumatic tools to be protected. Set the required working pressure with the regulator while monitoring the gauge and lock the flow control knob if needed. Fill the lubricator with ISO VG32 oil up to the marked level and adjust oil feed according to tool manufacturer recommendations. Open the drain valve periodically to remove accumulated condensate and inspect the polycarbonate bowl and filter element for contamination; replace the 40‑micron element when clogged.
Use in workshop environments within the specified temperature and pressure limits. Regularly check and maintain the filter element, bowl and lubricator; drain condensate to prevent water entering tools. Use ISO VG32 lubricating oil and follow pneumatic tool manufacturers' guidelines for optimal performance and lifetime.
