Pipe Welding Machine GEKO 7156656 1.5 kW for Pipes 16–63 mm
Pipe Welding Machine GEKO 7156656 1.5 kW for Pipes 16–63 mm
Electric pipe welding machine GEKO 7156656 with 1.5 kW power for butt welding polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and polybutylene (PB) pipes and fittings with diameters from 16 to 63 mm. Designed for water supply, central heating and irrigation systems, the unit features an LCD display for accurate temperature setting and delivers stable heating for consistent weld quality. The kit includes heating sleeves for the supported diameters, a pipe cutter, spirit level, protective gloves, a 2 m measuring tape, Allen keys and a stand.
The GEKO 7156656 provides 1500 W power and reaches a maximum temperature of 320°C to ensure efficient fusion of plastic pipe materials. Its LCD display enables precise temperature control, while the included assortment of heating heads (16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63 mm) and accessories make the unit ready for on-site work. Portable design and standard 230 V power supply allow use in typical domestic and professional installations.
Select the appropriate heating head and sleeve for the pipe diameter, fix them to the heating element and switch on the unit. Set the required temperature on the LCD display according to the material and diameter, wait until the set temperature is reached, then preheat the pipe ends and the fitting until the specified softening time is met. Remove parts from the heating surface, align and press together for the recommended cooling time. Use the stand and included aids (pipe cutter, level, measuring tape) to ensure accurate alignment and consistent fusion.
Follow manufacturer guidelines for temperature and heating times for each polymer and diameter. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves provided) and work on a stable surface. Allow joints to cool undisturbed for the full recommended time to achieve reliable weld strength.
