Submersible Oil Pump GEKO G00956 12V 52mm with 3m Cable
Submersible Oil Pump GEKO G00956 12V 52mm with 3m Cable
The Submersible Oil Pump GEKO G00956 12V 52mm with 3m Cable is a compact, low-voltage pump intended for draining and transferring engine oil, hydraulic fluid and similar liquids in automotive and workshop environments. Its 52 mm body diameter and 3 metre cable make it suitable for immersion in oil pans, tanks and reservoirs where a submersible, portable solution is required. The pump operates from a 12V DC supply and is designed for straightforward connection to vehicle batteries or compatible 12V power sources.
This submersible oil pump offers a compact design that facilitates use in confined spaces and easy immersion into oil sumps and tanks. The 3 m cable provides flexibility in positioning the pump while maintaining a direct 12V connection. Made for use with engine and hydraulic oils, the pump reduces manual transferring and spillage compared with siphoning or manual draining. Its simple electric operation allows consistent flow while avoiding the need for larger workshop equipment.
Immerse the pump body into the liquid to a depth that ensures the inlet is submerged but clear of heavy sludge or debris. Connect the cable to a suitable 12V DC source following correct polarity and secure connections to prevent disconnection during operation. Place the discharge hose or outlet into the receiving container and start the power supply; monitor the transfer process and stop the pump when the desired level is reached. After use, disconnect the power, lift the pump from the fluid, and drain remaining liquid from the outlet before storage.
Use the pump with fluids within the intended viscosity range such as engine and hydraulic oils. Avoid pumping aggressive chemicals, solvents or liquids containing large solid particles. Inspect and clean the pump inlet after each use to prevent clogging and check the cable and electrical connections for damage before operation. When connecting to a vehicle battery, ensure the vehicle is turned off or follow safe battery connection procedures to prevent short circuits.
