Submersible Oil Pump GEKO G00957 24V, 52 mm inlet, 3 m cable
GEKO G00957 is a 24V submersible oil pump with a 52 mm inlet and a 3 m attached power cable, designed for safe transfer and removal of engine oil, gear oil and similar lubricants. Its compact construction and submersible design allow it to operate directly in tanks, sumps or containers to remove residual oil, drain fluids or transfer oil between vessels. The pump is intended for service garages, workshops and mobile maintenance where a low-voltage, portable oil transfer solution is required.
The pump operates on 24V power, reducing electrical risk in wet environments and enabling use with vehicle electrical systems or portable power supplies. A 52 mm inlet size provides compatibility with common tank openings and funnels, while the integrated 3 m cable offers flexibility in positioning the pump without immediate need for extension leads. Its submersible design simplifies oil removal from low points and improves suction performance for viscous lubricants such as engine and gear oil.
Submerge the pump body into the oil to be removed, ensuring the inlet is fully immersed. Connect the 24V power source according to the vehicle or portable power supply instructions, observing correct polarity and safe connection practices. Route the attached 3 m cable to a safe, dry location and start the pump to begin oil transfer. Monitor flow and stop the pump when the desired level is reached or when suction of air indicates the reservoir is near empty. After use, disconnect power, lift the pump from the fluid, and allow excess oil to drain back into the container before storage.
Use the pump only with compatible lubricating oils and avoid pumping water, solvents or highly abrasive fluids. Observe the maximum recommended operating temperature of the fluid and clean the pump after use to prevent buildup of residues. For safe operation, use a fused 24V power source and follow vehicle or equipment manufacturer guidelines when connecting to onboard electrical systems.
