How to use

Strip approximately 1–2 cm of the outer jacket from the Cat5 cable, untwist and align the individual conductors according to the desired wiring standard (T568A or T568B). Trim the wires evenly, insert them fully into the connector so each conductor reaches its contact slot, then use an appropriate RJ-45 crimping tool to press the contacts into the wires and secure the plug to the cable jacket. After crimping, verify continuity and correct pinout with a cable tester before deploying the cable.

Usage recommendations

For consistent results, use a quality RJ-45 crimping tool and a cable tester. Ensure conductors are fully inserted and aligned before crimping; inadequate insertion can cause intermittent connections.
