How to use

Place the scale on a flat, stable surface and press ON to switch it on. If using a container, place it on the weighing plate and press TARA to zero the display. Add the ingredient until the desired weight is reached. Use the UNIT button to switch between grams, ounces, millilitres and lb/oz as needed. After use, switch the scale off manually or allow it to shut down automatically after about one minute of inactivity.
