Giacomini R553D Manifold 1" x 3/4" with 6 Outlets
The Giacomini R553D manifold is a professional-grade distribution component engineered for high-performance underfloor heating systems. Featuring a robust 1-inch main connection and six 3/4-inch Eurocone outlets, this manifold facilitates precise hydronic flow management across multiple heating circuits. Its durable construction ensures long-term reliability in both residential and commercial climate control applications, providing a stable foundation for efficient thermal distribution.
This manifold offers exceptional durability due to its high-quality materials, which are resistant to the stresses of constant thermal expansion and contraction. The design promotes balanced flow distribution, ensuring that each heating loop receives the necessary volume of fluid for consistent room temperatures. Its compatibility with standard Eurocone fittings simplifies the installation process and ensures a secure, leak-proof connection for various pipe types used in modern heating systems.
This manifold is specifically designed for hydronic heating systems and is not suitable for potable water distribution or high-pressure industrial steam applications. It may also be inappropriate for systems requiring more than six individual heating circuits without the use of additional extension modules.
The manifold should be installed in a central, accessible location within the heating system, typically inside a dedicated manifold cabinet. Connect the main supply and return lines to the 1-inch ports, ensuring proper sealing. Each of the six outlets should be connected to the corresponding underfloor heating loops using appropriate Eurocone adapters. Once installed, the system must be pressure-tested for leaks before the floor screed is applied or the system is fully commissioned.
Regularly inspect the manifold connections for signs of moisture or corrosion during annual system maintenance. Ensure that the system fluid is treated with appropriate inhibitors to prevent internal scaling and maintain optimal flow efficiency over the lifespan of the heating installation.
