GOOBAY 59597 is a 5 m FTTH fibre optic patch cable with OS2 single-mode glass and SC–SC simplex connectors. The cable features a 9 μm core diameter (9/125 µm) suited for long-distance single-mode transmission and indoor FTTH connections. Its LSZH jacket and aramid yarn strain relief provide a compact, flame-retardant and mechanically stable link for connecting optical equipment, patch panels and Optical Network Terminals where SC interfaces are required. The fibre is bend-optimised to allow space-saving installation while maintaining low attenuation.

Advantages

The cable supports high-bandwidth transmission up to 100 Gbit/s and complies with single-mode OS2 characteristics for lower attenuation over long distances. A bend-optimised design with a minimum static bend radius of 30 mm reduces routing constraints in confined spaces.
