Managed Switch Hikvision DS-3E1106P-EI 4 Port Fast Ethernet PoE
Managed Switch Hikvision DS-3E1106P-EI 4 Port Fast Ethernet PoE
The Hikvision DS-3E1106P-EI is a managed network switch with PoE support designed for security and small network deployments. It provides four Fast Ethernet PoE ports plus two additional Fast Ethernet ports, a switching capacity of 14 Gbit/s and a MAC address table of 2000 entries. The switch supports common IEEE networking standards, is wall-mountable and has a compact grey housing suitable for discreet installation in security systems and small office networks.
The DS-3E1106P-EI offers remote cloud management and integration with the Hik-Partner Pro (HPP) app for simplified configuration and monitoring. Its PoE-enabled Fast Ethernet ports allow direct power delivery to cameras and other devices, reducing cabling complexity. With a 14 Gbit/s switching capacity and support for IEEE 802.1Q/802.1ab and PoE standards (802.3af/802.3at), it provides reliable packet forwarding and compatibility with common IP security devices. The compact, wall-mountable design makes installation flexible in constrained spaces.
Mount the switch on a suitable wall surface using appropriate screws and anchors. Connect the switch to a network router or uplink using one of the Fast Ethernet ports. Plug PoE-capable devices such as IP cameras into the designated PoE ports to provide both data and power over a single Ethernet cable. Use the cloud management interface or the Hik-Partner Pro (HPP) app to perform initial configuration, VLAN setup, PoE power management and firmware updates. Monitor device status and logs remotely through the management platform.
For stable operation in security installations, ensure proper ventilation and avoid mounting near heat sources. Verify total PoE power budget against connected devices’ power requirements before deployment. Keep firmware up to date and restrict management access via secure credentials and network controls when using cloud management features.
