Heating cable HiSmart HT260195 is a thin, constant-power underfloor heating cable with a rated output of 12 W/m and a total power of 525 W. With a diameter of 3.6 mm and a length of 43.75 m, the cable is intended for use under tile, stone, laminate, wood and similar floor coverings and can also be used for frost protection of pipes. The twin-conductor construction and solid heating core deliver uniform temperature along the cable, while FEP inner insulation, PVC outer jacket and integrated aluminum shielding provide thermal resistance, mechanical protection and reduced electromagnetic interference. The product is rated for AC 230 V, has IP68 protection and is certified CE, EAC, TUV and CSA.

How to use

Determine required cable length from the heated floor area and chosen spacing; typical spacing for standard rooms is approximately 12 cm. Lay the cable into tile adhesive or leveling compound following the planned pattern, keeping required spacing and avoiding overlap. Connect the cold lead to a compatible thermostat and power supply according to local regulations and the thermostat manufacturer’s instructions. Use the integrated shield and out-splice connector as required by the installation method and ensure proper grounding where applicable. For pipe frost protection, route the cable along the length of the pipe and secure it according to the project specification.

Usage recommendations
