HiSmart HT260393 is a flush-mounted underfloor heating manifold with four heating loops, supplied flow meters and normally closed (NC) thermal actuators operating at AC 230V. The set includes a metal flush mounting box with a hinged door, a 4-loop collector, flow meters and four NC thermal actuators. The unit is intended as the control centre for hydronic underfloor or radiator heating systems, allowing individual control of each zone and measurement of water flow for balancing and monitoring.

How to use

Install the metal cabinet flush into the wall and secure the collector inside the box. Connect supply and return pipes to the corresponding inlets and outlets using the supplied 16 mm pipe adapters. Fit the thermal actuators onto the manifold valves via the VA80 adapter and make electrical connections to your room thermostats or controller (AC 230V). Use the flow meters to balance each loop by visually checking and adjusting flow until desired rates are reached. Ensure air vents are opened to purge trapped air before commissioning.

Usage recommendations

For reliable operation, use compatible room thermostats or a hub controller sized for AC 230V actuator outputs, verify electrical connections and ensure the system is flushed and free of debris before fitting actuators. Regularly check flow meters and bleed vents during the first heating cycles to maintain balanced performance.
