Heating manifold HiSmart HT260409 — 5-loop hydraulic manifold with NC thermal actuators, AC 230V

HiSmart HT260409 is a 5-loop underfloor heating manifold delivered as a complete set containing a flush-mount metal cabinet, a five-circuit collector with flow meters and five NC (normally closed) thermal actuators operating at AC 230V. The manifold distributes warm water to individual heating zones and allows balancing and monitoring of circuit flows via the supplied flow indicators. The flush-mounted cabinet features a 135° opening door with lock and tongue and is finished in light gray.

How to use

Install the metal cabinet flush into the wall opening and secure the manifold according to standard plumbing practice. Connect the five heating circuits using 16 mm adapters and mount the supplied flow meters on the collector to monitor and adjust flow rates. Attach each thermal actuator to the corresponding manifold valve using the VA80 thread adapter, then connect actuator cables to the room thermostats or the central controller operating at AC 230 V. Bleed air using the two air vent nodes before commissioning and balance flows with the flow meters to achieve required zone temperatures.

Usage recommendations

For reliable operation, use room thermostats or a controller compatible with NC actuators and AC 230 V outputs, ensure the installation is protected from moisture consistent with the IP54 rating, and verify electrical connections and system bleed procedures before switching the actuators on.
