Heating manifold HiSmart HT260430 with 8 loops and normally closed thermal actuators AC 230V

HiSmart HT260430 is an underfloor heating manifold with 8 loops, supplied with flow meters and normally closed (NC) thermal actuators operating at AC 230V. The set includes a flush-mount metal cabinet, an 8-loop collector, flow indicators and NC AC230V thermal actuators. The cabinet is designed for wall installation with a door that opens to 135° and secures with a tongue lock.

How to use

Mount the metal cabinet flush into the prepared wall opening and secure it according to local installation rules. Connect the heating circuits to the collector using the supplied 16 mm adapters and secure flow meters on each loop for monitoring and balancing. Attach NC thermal actuators to the manifold using the VA80 thread adapters and connect actuator cables to the room thermostats or controller. Perform leak and function tests, purge air through the air vent nodes and set required flow rates using the flow meters.

Usage recommendations

For reliable operation, power the actuators from a compatible AC 230 V supply and control them with thermostats or a hub rated for NC actuators. During commissioning, purge each circuit thoroughly and adjust flow meters to achieve designed heat output for each zone. Observe IP54 and ambient temperature limits when installing actuators and avoid exposure to condensation.
