Heating manifold HiSmart HT260447 with 9 loops and NC thermal actuators, AC 230V

HiSmart HT260447 is a flush-mounted underfloor heating manifold with nine loops, supplied with flow meters and normally closed (NC) thermal actuators operating on AC 230V. The set includes a metal flush mounting box with a hinged door, a 9-loop collector, flow indicators for balancing and monitoring, and nine NC thermal actuators connected to the collector via VA80 adapters. The manifold is designed to distribute warm water to individual zones and to work with room thermostats or a central controller for automated temperature control.

Advantages

How to use

Mount the metal cabinet flush in the wall opening and secure the manifold according to the installation dimensions. Connect each heating circuit to the corresponding 16 mm pipe adapter and ensure the flow meters are visible for adjustment. Fit the thermal actuators onto the valves using the VA80 adapters and connect actuator cables to the control device or thermostats. Use the flow meters to balance flows between loops, open air vents to purge the system, and verify electrical connections before powering the actuators.

Usage recommendations

For reliable operation, commission the manifold with a qualified installer: balance the circuits using the flow meters, set up thermostats or the controller according to room requirements, and check actuator wiring and protection. Regularly inspect flow indicators and vent nodes and keep actuator cables and connections dry and protected from condensation.
