How to use

Slide the 15 kg Olympic plate onto a 51 mm Olympic bar sleeve until it sits flush with other plates or collars. Use appropriate collars or clamps to secure the load before lifting. For standalone exercises, hold the plate by the integrated handles for movements such as plate presses, Russian twists or farmer-style carries. Clean the rubber surface with a mild detergent and a damp cloth; allow to dry before storage.

Usage recommendations

Inspect plates and bar sleeves regularly for wear or damage. Use on appropriate flooring or lifting platforms to extend the life of the rubber coating. Do not drop plates from excessive heights beyond normal training drops; when performing drops, ensure there is sufficient clearance and use bumper-style setup where possible.
