Flat patch cable InLine 71800B RJ-45 Cat.6A 10m blue
Flat patch cable InLine 71800B RJ-45 Cat.6A 10m blue
The InLine Flat patch cable InLine 71800B RJ-45 Cat.6A 10m blue is a 10 metre network cable designed for high-speed data transmission in environments where space is limited. It conforms to the Cat.6A specification and uses RJ-45 connectors on both ends. The cable has a flat profile that facilitates installation under carpets, along skirting boards or through narrow cable channels, and features U/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity over the run.
The flat construction reduces bulk and allows flexible routing in tight spaces without compromising performance. U/FTP shielding provides improved protection against crosstalk and external interference compared with unshielded designs. Cat.6A compliance ensures support for higher bandwidths and improved signal performance for demanding network applications. The blue jacket provides clear visual identification in mixed cable installations and helps with organised cable management.
Connect one RJ-45 end to a network device such as a switch, router or network interface on a computer and the other end to the corresponding port on the second device. Lay the flat cable along the intended path, pressing it into place under carpets or along skirting boards where needed. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a reliable connection. Avoid tight bends at the connector heads and do not place heavy objects on the cable to maintain signal integrity.
For optimal performance, keep the cable run as direct as possible, avoid parallel runs with power cables to reduce interference, and maintain the cable’s flat orientation where routing under flooring or trim. Verify network settings and test link speed after installation to confirm Cat.6A performance.
