InLine Patch Cable S/FTP PiMF Cat.6 250MHz PVC CCA grey 2m
The InLine Patch Cable S/FTP PiMF Cat.6 250MHz PVC CCA grey 2m is a 2‑metre Cat.6 patch cable designed to connect network components with RJ45 ports, including switches, routers, wall sockets, patch panels and network cards. It supports Gigabit Ethernet (1 Gbps) operation up to 250 MHz and uses S/FTP (shielded foil with individual pair screening) for improved protection against electromagnetic interference. The cable has RJ45 connectors on both ends and a flexible PVC jacket with CCA (copper‑coated aluminium) conductors for a cost‑effective physical layer solution.
The S/FTP PiMF shielding reduces crosstalk and external interference, helping to maintain stable data transmission at Gigabit speeds. At 2 metres length the cable is convenient for short patching runs in office or home installations. The PVC jacket provides flexibility and basic mechanical protection, while the CCA conductors offer a lower‑cost alternative to pure copper cables. Standard RJ45 terminations ensure compatibility with common networking equipment.
Plug each RJ45 connector into the corresponding ports of the devices to be connected (for example a switch and a wall socket or a router and a network card). Ensure connectors click into place and that the cable is not excessively bent or compressed near the ends. Use the 2 m length for short runs between rack equipment, wall outlets and desktop devices.
For best performance keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic noise (large motors, high‑power electrical cables). If you require frequent patching or maximum signal performance, consider using solid copper Cat6 cables instead of CCA for longer runs or permanent installations.
