InLine Patch Cable S/FTP PiMF Cat.6 250MHz PVC CCA black 3m
InLine Patch Cable S/FTP PiMF Cat.6 250MHz PVC CCA black 3m
InLine Patch Cable S/FTP PiMF Cat.6 250MHz PVC CCA black 3m is a 3-meter Cat‑6 network patch cable with RJ‑45 connectors on both ends. The S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) construction and Pair in Metal Foil (PiMF) shielding reduce electromagnetic interference, supporting reliable Gigabit Ethernet connections up to 1 Gbps and a maximum frequency of 250 MHz. The cable jacket is PVC and the conductors are CCA (copper-clad aluminum), providing a flexible and cost-effective solution for wiring between switches, routers, sockets, patch panels and network cards.
The S/FTP PiMF shielding offers improved protection against crosstalk and external noise compared with unshielded cables. Cat.6 specification ensures support for 10/100/1000Base‑T(X) networks and frequencies up to 250 MHz. The 3 m length and standard RJ‑45 connectors make the cable ready for immediate use in typical network setups, while the PVC jacket provides mechanical protection and flexibility. Using CCA conductors reduces weight and cost while maintaining electrical continuity for standard Gigabit applications.
Plug each RJ‑45 connector into the corresponding network ports on devices such as switches, routers, patch panels or network cards. Ensure connectors click into place to establish a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and heavy compression that could damage the shielding or conductors. For best performance, keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference, such as large motors or high‑voltage lines.
For structured cabling, verify that CCA conductors meet local installation and fire‑safety regulations and are acceptable for your specific network environment. Use this cable for standard Gigabit connections and short to medium runs; for longer distances or higher performance (e.g., 10GbE) choose cables with solid copper conductors and higher category specifications.
