Network Cable InLine Patch Cable S/FTP PiMF Cat.6 RJ-45 5m Purple
The InLine Patch Cable S/FTP PiMF Cat.6 RJ-45 5m Purple is a Category 6 twisted-pair network cable designed for reliable wired connections between network components with RJ45 ports. With a 5 m length and S/FTP (screened foil twisted pair with overall braid) construction, it supports Gigabit Ethernet (1 Gbps) at frequencies up to 250 MHz and is suitable for home and office network setups.
The S/FTP PiMF shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving signal integrity over the cable run. RJ45 connectors on both ends provide secure and standardised termination compatible with switches, routers, patch panels, sockets and network cards. The 5 m length offers flexibility for desktop and rack connections, and the purple jacket makes cable identification easier in multi-cable environments.
Plug one RJ45 connector into the network device (switch, router, socket or network card) and the other connector into the corresponding port on the opposite device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and the clip locks in place. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, heavy crushing and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for optimal performance.
For best results, use within a structured cabling system supporting Cat.6 standards and avoid running parallel to unshielded power cables. Inspect connectors periodically and replace the cable if the jacket or connectors are damaged.
