Patch Cable InLine Cat6 S/FTP PiMF 250MHz RJ45–RJ45 PVC pink 1.5m
Patch Cable InLine Cat6 S/FTP PiMF 250MHz RJ45–RJ45 PVC pink 1.5m
InLine Cat6 S/FTP PiMF 250MHz patch cable, 1.5 m, with RJ45 connectors at both ends and a PVC jacket in pink. The cable uses S/FTP shielding (overall braid with individually foil-shielded pairs) and Pair in Metal Foil (PiMF) construction to reduce crosstalk and improve signal integrity. It supports frequencies up to 250 MHz and is designed for Gigabit Ethernet and typical office or home network patching tasks. Conductors are unplated copper, and the cable terminates with standard RJ45 plugs on each end.
The S/FTP PiMF design offers enhanced protection against external electromagnetic interference and pair-to-pair crosstalk, which helps maintain stable data transmission at higher frequencies. A 250 MHz rating and Cat6 specification provide performance suitable for Gigabit Ethernet applications. The pink PVC jacket provides physical protection, easy visual identification in patch panels or cable bundles, and a balance between flexibility and durability for everyday installation and re-routing.
This cable is not intended for outdoor, direct-burial, or environments requiring UV-, oil- or chemical-resistant jackets; the PVC jacket is for indoor use. It may not be the optimal choice where plenum-rated or low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) cabling is required by building codes or safety regulations. For multi-gigabit or 10 Gigabit Ethernet over longer distances, higher category cabling may be necessary.
Connect one RJ45 plug to the network device (switch, router, or wall jack) and the other plug to the target device such as a PC, NAS or access point. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and excessive tension; maintain bend radii and do not compress the cable under heavy objects. For best performance, keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference such as large motors or unshielded power lines.
For reliable Gigabit performance, use this cable for short patch runs within racks, between devices on a desk, or between wall outlets and equipment. Avoid running the cable alongside high-voltage power lines and replace if jacket or connectors show visible damage.
