This InLine S/FTP PiMF Cat.6 patch cable (2 m) provides a halogen-free, white-sheathed connection for network components with RJ45 ports. Designed for gigabit Ethernet, it supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and operates at frequencies up to 250 MHz. The cable uses S/FTP (shielded foil with individual pair shielding) and PiMF construction to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity in structured cabling installations.
The cable offers high-quality shielding (S/FTP PiMF) that minimizes crosstalk and external interference, ensuring stable gigabit performance. Its halogen-free sheath increases safety in confined installations by reducing toxic emissions in case of fire. The 2 m length and white colour make it suitable for visible runs and tidy patching in offices or data cabinets. Standard RJ45 connectors and 10/100/1000Base-T(X) compatibility ensure broad interoperability with switches, routers, sockets, patch panels and network cards.
Plug each RJ45 connector firmly into the corresponding RJ45 port on your network devices (such as switch, router, patch panel or network card). Ensure connectors click into place and that cable routing avoids sharp bends, excessive tension and strong electromagnetic sources. For rack installations, route the cable along cable management channels to maintain neatness and prevent strain on the connectors.
For optimal performance, use this Cat.6 S/FTP PiMF cable for short to medium-length gigabit links (up to typical horizontal cabling distances).
