The InLine Fiber Optical Duplex Cable SC/SC 50/125µm OM3 30m is a multimode fiber patch cable designed for full duplex data transmission in LAN, data center and telecom environments. With a 50 µm core and OM3 classification, the cable supports high-bandwidth links and low attenuation across moderate distances. Both ends are terminated with SC duplex connectors to provide a reliable, keyed connection for structured cabling, switch-to-switch links, server racks and optical transceivers.
This fiber optic duplex cable combines OM3 multimode performance with standardized SC/SC terminations to enable stable 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. The 50/125 µm core-cladding structure delivers consistent modal bandwidth for reduced intermodal dispersion. The SC duplex connectors provide straightforward push-pull mating, low insertion loss and good repeatability. The 30 m length offers installation flexibility while maintaining specified optical performance for short-to-medium link runs.
Route the cable through cable trays or conduits following standard fiber handling practices to avoid tight bends and excessive stress. Align the SC duplex connectors with the corresponding adapter or transceiver ports and push until the connectors click into place. Ensure connectors and adapter ports are clean before mating to minimize insertion loss; use a lint-free wipe or appropriate fiber cleaning tool if necessary. For removals, press the SC latch and pull straight out without twisting. Label the cable at each end if required for network documentation.
