The InLine Fiber Optical Duplex Cable LC/LC 50/125µm OM5 7.5m is a multimode duplex fiber cable engineered for full-duplex data transmission over short to medium distances. It uses a 50/125 µm core/cladding geometry with OM5 graded-index multimode fiber optimized for wideband and shortwave wavelength division multiplexing (SWDM). Both ends are terminated with LC duplex connectors, providing compact, reliable connections for switches, transceivers, patch panels and network equipment in data centers and enterprise installations.
This LC/LC duplex cable offers low insertion loss and consistent optical performance across multiple wavelengths, supporting higher bandwidth density compared with legacy multimode variants. The OM5 fiber design improves performance for SWDM-enabled transceivers and reduces the need for multiple single-mode links for some multi-wavelength applications. A 7.5 metre length provides flexibility for rack-to-rack or equipment-to-patch panel connections while maintaining signal integrity in typical structured cabling environments.
Inspect connectors and fiber endfaces for dust or contamination before installing; clean with appropriate fiber-cleaning tools if necessary.
