Patch panel INTELLINET 513593 19" 24 ports keystone
INTELLINET 19" 24-port keystone patch panel provides a modular solution for terminating and organizing copper network cabling in standard 19-inch racks. The panel accepts up to 24 keystone jacks allowing flexible combinations of Ethernet, phone or specialty connectors. Its front-facing keystone openings and rear cable management area simplify port labeling, patching and reconfiguration in server rooms, telecom cabinets and wiring closets.
The modular keystone format enables mixed connector types and straightforward future changes without replacing the entire panel. Front access to ports supports simple patch cord insertion and clear port identification. Constructed for rack compatibility, the panel helps maintain tidy cable runs and reduces installation time through standardized mounting dimensions. The design facilitates labeling and grouping of ports for systematic network layout.
Install the patch panel into a standard 19" rack or cabinet using the rack mount holes and appropriate screws. Insert compatible keystone jacks into the front openings until they snap into place, then terminate individual copper cables to the back of each keystone jack following the jack manufacturer’s wiring scheme (T568A/B as required). Route and secure patch cords to the front ports, and use the rear area for cable ties or a horizontal manager to maintain organized runs. Label each port on the front panel to reflect the connected circuit or endpoint for easier management and troubleshooting.
Use certified keystone jacks matched to the cable rating and network speed requirements, and follow structured cabling standards for termination and grounding. Keep cable lengths neat and avoid excessive bend radii; employ cable ties or managers in the rear area to reduce strain. Periodically verify labels and port assignments after network changes to preserve clarity in patching and maintenance.
