Freestanding Rack Intellinet 32U
The Intellinet 32U freestanding rack is a steel network cabinet designed for indoor server and network equipment storage. It supports up to 32U of rack-mountable devices and is rated IP20 for indoor use. The cabinet has a usable depth range and a compact width that ensures compatibility with standard 19" equipment while providing secure storage with a multi-point lock and adjustable feet for stable placement.
The cabinet is available assembled or as a flatpack to suit shipping or space needs. Its construction uses cold-rolled steel with an antistatic powder coating and zinc-plated 19" mounting rails for durability and reliable grounding. Removable side panels and a lockable tempered-glass front door simplify cabling and component exchange. Adjustable feet allow leveling on uneven floors and the multi-point door lock increases physical security.
Place the freestanding rack on a firm, level indoor surface and adjust the feet to stabilize the cabinet. If received as a flatpack, assemble according to the supplied instructions and secure the mounting rails at the required U positions. Install equipment into the 19" rails, distributing weight evenly and placing heavier devices lower in the rack. Route cables through the cabinet openings and use the removable side panels to access internal cabling. Lock the tempered-glass door when physical access control is required.
For safe and reliable operation, install the rack in a temperature-controlled indoor environment, avoid exposure to moisture (IP20 rating), and follow the manufacturer's guidelines for maximum load distribution. Ensure proper cable management and secure heavy equipment toward the bottom of the rack to maintain stability.
