Rack Console Inter-Tech AS-9108 DLS 19"
The Inter-Tech AS-9108 DLS 19" rack console integrates a 19-inch display and an integrated keyboard and touchpad into a compact 1U rack-mountable housing designed for server cabinet environments. The display has a native resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels and a brightness of 300 cd/m². The unit provides USB interfaces for keyboard and mouse connectivity, a DVI-I video connector, and is powered by a 12V supply. With a width of 482 mm, height of 44.5 mm and depth of 615 mm, this console occupies minimal rack space while offering local access to multiple systems.
This rack console combines a full-size 19" display with integrated input devices in a slim 1U form factor, saving rack space and reducing the need for separate peripherals. USB mouse and keyboard ports ensure compatibility with a wide range of input devices, and the DVI-I connector supports standard digital and analog video signals. The compact dimensions and black finish make it suitable for dense server installations where space optimization and professional appearance are required. Support for controlling up to 256 computers provides scalability for larger installations when used with compatible KVM switching infrastructure.
Install the Inter-Tech AS-9108 DLS 19" into a standard 19" server rack occupying a single 1U space. Connect the console to the server or to a KVM switch using the DVI-I video cable and connect the keyboard and mouse via the provided USB ports. Attach the 12V power supply to the console and to a suitable power source. After powering on, set the display and input focus on the target server or through the KVM switch according to the switch’s operation instructions.
Position the console in a rack with sufficient front clearance for pulling out the unit. Use short, high-quality DVI and USB cables to minimize signal loss and cable clutter. For deployments controlling many servers, integrate the console with a compatible KVM switch that supports up to 256 endpoints to fully utilize the console’s control capabilities.
