Water shut-off valve with filter INVENA ZK-32-F15 DN‑15
INVENA ZK-32-F15 DN‑15 is a compact water shut-off valve with an integrated filter designed for installation in residential and light commercial plumbing systems. The valve provides in-line isolation combined with a mesh strainer that captures particles and sediment, helping to protect downstream fixtures and appliances. Its DN‑15 size and straightforward construction suit supply lines to sanitary fixtures and appliances where space-saving shut-off and debris protection are required.
The combination of a quarter-turn shut-off mechanism and a built-in filter reduces the need for separate components, simplifies maintenance and saves installation space. The filter element traps scale and debris before they reach faucets, toilets, water heaters and washing machines, helping to prevent clogs and extend the service life of downstream equipment. The valve’s compact form factor and standard threaded connections allow easy integration into existing piping systems.
Install the valve in the cold-water supply line upstream of the fixture or appliance, ensuring flow direction matches any marking on the body. Use appropriate sealing tape or joint compound on threaded connections and tighten to secure the valve without over-torquing. The quarter-turn handle provides rapid shut-off; turn perpendicular to the flow to close. To clean the filter, isolate the supply, unscrew the filter cap or housing according to installation practice, remove accumulated debris from the mesh element, rinse under clean water and reassemble. Restore supply and check for leaks.
Periodic inspection and cleaning of the integrated filter is recommended, especially in areas with hard water or known particulate content. During maintenance, avoid using excessive force on plastic or plated surfaces and replace the filter element if damaged. Ensure installation complies with local plumbing codes and use compatible fittings and materials for potable water systems.
