The docking station provides high-performance connectivity for workstations and laptops, supporting up to six external monitors at 4K/60Hz or two monitors simultaneously at 8K. It includes multiple video outputs, fast USB ports, a 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port and a USB-C fast charging port (up to 30 W) for smartphones and tablets. The dock works with most laptops regardless of brand, model or operating system and can be mounted behind a VESA-compatible monitor using a VESA mount.

How to use

Connect the dock to your laptop using any available USB port. For full multi-monitor support and laptop charging, connect via a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery; when using USB-A, display support is limited to four monitors and laptop/tablet charging will not be available. Attach monitors to the HDMI, DisplayPort or USB-C MFDP outputs as required, connect peripherals to the USB ports, insert SD/microSD cards as needed, and plug network cable into the 2.5 Gbps LAN port. If desired, mount the dock behind a VESA-compatible monitor using a VESA bracket and use the on/off button to control power to the dock.

Recommendations

For maximum performance use a laptop with USB-C PD 3.1 and USB-C ports that support DisplayPort Alt Mode. If your laptop only has USB-A, expect support for up to four external monitors and no laptop charging from the dock.
